This policy defines acceptable use of the "Liza" platform. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all users.
The platform may be used exclusively for business purposes within the scope of the contractual relationship: project communication, task management, and collaboration within your organization and with your business partners.
The following actions are prohibited:
Unlawful content and conduct: Distributing unlawful, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, or defamatory content; infringing third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Technical abuse: Attempting unauthorized access to systems, other users' accounts, or data; reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the platform; distributing malicious software; placing excessive load on the infrastructure (e.g., automated mass queries without prior approval).
Commercial abuse: Reselling or sublicensing the Service without written permission; using the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
Misuse of AI features: Presenting AI-generated content as human-created content to third parties where this is likely to deceive them; systematically extracting or copying AI model outputs to build competing AI services; deliberately inputting unlawful content to produce harmful outputs.
In the event of a violation, the Provider may take appropriate measures, including a warning, temporary suspension of access, or termination of the contract. The Provider will inform the Customer before taking action, where reasonably possible.
Suspected violations may be reported to abuse@liza.app.
